Essay

In the dissertation, a new decision of the scientific task of increase of the effectiveness of the functionality of a flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is given. It is given as the example of the realization of the FMS for the production of the polymer food package with using the subsystem of executive-calendar planning which ensures an analysis of the calendar plans of the enterprise, a forecast of the work of the equipment and minimizing the self-cost of the production. A new original approach to the executive planning is applied. It is based on the dynamic synthesis of timetables. That gave a possibility to improve the structure of the control system of the executive-calendar planning of the work of the flexible area of the production of the polymer food package, to minimize the composition of the equipment and to ensure a high effectiveness of its use. Using genetic algorithms and modern methods of modeling gave a possibility of the subsystem of the executive-calendar planning to get calendarplan-graphs in the real time scale that, in its turn, allowed to react to a shift of a production plan and the state of the technological equipment quickly, i.e., to rebuild the timetable of the work of the equipment quickly and effective at any moment of the time. The author has developed the software "Calendar planning", which realizes the methods of search of the timetables with the help of the described algorithms.
