Essay

The thesis of dissertation is dedicated to the solving of the problem of the quality providing and laboriousness decreasing of the technological preparation of robotics mechanical-assembly processing. It has been attained by means of working up scientific-grounded methods and according to its algorithms and software for the aggregate-modular (AM) industrial robots (IR) kinematic structure (KS) choice in the automation of technological preparation of the flexible production system at the equipment choice stage. In the thesis dissertation the new approach to the AM IR choice is proposed. The working up procedure of the directional optimization of the KS choice process on all set of KS without its total overrun represents the essence of this new approach. The division of AM kits functional modelers on considered the types is done. The appointed types reflect the structural-technological peculiarities of the functional modelers and allow to automatically form KS AM IR and create its formal description. The place and essence of the component tasks of the proposed multistage methods of the automated choice of AM IR is determined. The software of the automated AM IR choice is developed. It reflects the regulations of the proposed method of choice, which are described by created algorithms.
