3.Object of investigation: subjects of market relations of Khmelnitsk region. The purpose of research: main hrinciples formation research and development of regional meat market, elaboration and ground of offers of transition stockbruding branch to market and also improvement of meat regional enterprising structures activity. Methods: dialectical method of congnition, analysis and synthesis methods: statistic-economic, grouping, index method, graphic, caltulated. Theoretical and practical results: elaboration of meat and meat products production prospective development model, which will increase the effectiveness in period of land reform, economic relation transformation. Research novelty: grounded model of regional development of meat products production based on large stock-breeding complexes and form, their integration with prival farms; defined functions and role of local self-goverment authorities in formation of territorial-economic entities of commodity production; elaborated the offers ofregional market infrastructure improvement; calculated main parameters of meat production in period to 2010, elaborated feed providing system in perion to 2010. Sphere, brach of using: main results of research took for introduction by Kamyanets-Podolskiy Agricultural Management of Khmelnitskiy region Goverment Administration.
