In the dissertation the results of the analysis of modern technologies of filling of production and drinks in a complex with energy limited technologies and choice of standard sizes of packings are submitted. which purpose is the reception of production of a long-term storage. The physical and theoretical substantiation of the working processes fixed in a basis of the specified technologies is profound the mathematical models are developed. The prospects, problem and way of their overcoming are specified in connection with transition on technologe of filling of drinks with the raised pressure. The techniques of parameters are offered, at which the elements of optimization. reduction specific power and material inputs are reached. The Industrial introduction results o development in an industry is carried out. Key words: a long-term storage, filling, processing,, regeneration, optomization.
