The object of research: the enterprises of a machine-building industry; the purpose of work: development of the methodical recommendations a rather substantiation of ways of increase of productivity withinmechanical of a railway transportation; a technique of research and equipment: a method of logic generalisation and comparisons, statistical analysis, system approach, economic-mathematical modelling, statistical and mathematical method; theoretical and practical results: the complex approach to definition concept " delivery of cargoes " and " a complex after industrial operations " is reasonable, the algorithm of influence of the essential factors on duration of a revolution of main cars is developed, the system of planning of capacities of cargo complexes, spaciousness of structures and technological stocks of production is offered, the technique of a substantiation of optimum number of cars not itinerary of a flow in transfer trains of the industrial enterprise is developed, the methodical recommendations from operative planning and management of process of delivery of main tanks on Ukrzaliznicy are submitted; the practical meaning of the received results is, that the introduction of work will assist creation of mechanisms capable to raise efficiency of organisation withinshop and intercept transport operations, will create bases for stabilisation of auxiliary manufacture in conditions of an aggravation of a competition; a subject and degree of introduction development: are embodied in work of concern " Kryukovsky Vagonzavod " and joint-stock company "Кredmach"; sphere of use: the industrial enterprises, educational process.
