The object of research: the efficiency of production at the enterprises under modern conditions; the aim of research: the theoretical basis and elaboration of methodical recomendations how to increase the efficiency of utalization of fixed assets and production capacities of enterprises under conditions of the economic transformation; research methods and apparatus:the method of generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistic methods of data processing, economic-and-mathematical modelling; theoretical and practical results: the complex triune approach to the structure of categories "fixed assets", "fixed capital", main tendencies of the transformational reform of the category "fixed assets" into the category "fixed capital", the essence and the content of the notion "the efficient production capaciti of the enterprise", methodological recommendations as for the optimization of the production programme of an enterprise with the use of the nonlinear methods of programming, the concept of improving theutalization of fixed assets and production capacities of enterprises on the base of the diffusion of technological innovations, methodical approacher and recommendations as for the increasing the utalization of fixed assets and production capacities of industrial enterprises with the use of re-engineering of business processes are proposed the practical significance of the received results consists in the fakt that the introduction of the results of the work will facilitate the increase of the utalization efficiency of fixed assets and production capacities of enterprises; the subject and level of application: the elaborations are implemented into the work of production enterprises JPC "Serp y Molot" and "Communar"; sphere of usage: industrial enterprises, educational process.
