Are researched mechanisms of development alveolar processes atrophy during aging of organism, under the influence of traumatic factors and the features of these processes after continuous exposure in a total doze 1,0 Gr are determined. Is established, that the aging of an, rats organism results in significant modifications as inorganic, so organic skeleton of the lower jaw. Is proved, that traumatic injury of the, lower jaw (deafferentation, the deleting of toothless) results in deep and different in directions violations, both processes of mineraliza-tion, and formation of organic matrix in it on the site of a defeat. The expressiveness of the revealed modifications and their directness depends on term, which has passed after a trauma and age of animals. Is clarified, that long-duration exposure in a total doze 1,0 Gr strengthens involutory modifications in jaw bone and brakes reparative processes in it after a trauma.
