Essay

The subject of the research was the increasing of effectiveness of diagnostics inflammatory pro-cess and substantiation of possibility and expediency of the usage NSAID during conservative and postoperative treatment in women with diseases of uterine appendages. A high diagnostic sensitivity of interleukins was revealed and advantages of their identification in comparison to traditional markers of inflammation. For the first time, the new schemes of treatment of inflammatory processes of uterine appendages were substantiated and practised with the usage of inhibitors cyclooxygenasa-1 diclofenac natrium and cyclooxygenasa-2 nimesulid.
