Demydenko V. The strengthening and ensuring of the constitutional rights and freedoms of the man and the citizen in the activity of militia.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problems of strengthening and ensuring of the rights and freedoms of the man and the citizen in Ukraine, in particular, in the activity of such law-enforcement body as militia. The questions of state's activity, directed for the strengthening and ensuring the man's and citizen's constitutional rights and freedoms, normative strengthening of the above mentioned activity are examined on the analysis basis of scientific works, international and national legal acts and summarizing the practice. The place of militia in the system of the executive authorities bodies as to the strengthening and ensuring the man's and citizen's constitutional right and freedom is investigated. The author determines direction of reforming militia bodies and their activity improvement in the context of strengthening and ensuring the man's and citizen's constitutional rights and freedoms in Ukraine on the basis of the carried out research.
