The role of activation of sympato-adrenal system, membrane and immune changes has been proved. The ways of optimised managment of deliveries and pathogeneticaly grounded correction of anemia of pregnancy with the use of measures, which increase the adaptational reactoins of the organism, vitamins with microelements, membrane stabilizators are the way of prophylaxis of the complications
