The given dissertation is devoted to the creation of technology of soybean varieties molecular-genetic analysis with the goal to distinguish, identify and make genotypic passport of investigated material. AP-PCR analysis of 150 soybean varieties has been made. The received results in most cases corresponded to the pedigree data. On the base of genetic distances the most and the least remote soy bean varieties were detected. DNA pattern analysis allowed the unique distinction of 32 investigated soy bean varieties of different ecologic-geographic origin. Majority of varieties was distributed on the received dendrogram in accordance with their ecologic-geographic origin. The AP-PCR -analysis was found to be the most efficient to distinguish varieties. SSRP allows to evaluate the genotypic purity of investigated material, to detect homozygous and heterozygous genotypes. ISSR combines a number of features of AP-PCR and SSRP, namely the ability to detect multiple genetic loci and a good reproducibility. It was developed the principle to identify and assign genotypic passports of soybean varieties using a PCR-based analysis. We suggested unified letter/number records of allelic states of fixed PCR loci that reflect a specificity of a given genotype and allow its unique identification.
