Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of integrated membrane technology based on ultrafiltration and membrane distillation for obtaining of clarified concentrates of apple juices. The influence of juice pre-treatments on the process of its clarification and concentration has been investigated. The optimal membranes and technological parameters for the ultrafiltration and membrane distillation of apple juices were chosen. The ways of regeneration of membranes after ultrafiltration and membrane distillation are developed.
