The thesis are dedicated to investigation of political legal approaches of national governments of Ukraine during the period of liberated competitions of 1917-1920 and government of Soviet Ukraine during 1917-1927 for the problem of property and crime-legal prevention of property against antilegal encroachments. It analyses the practice of legislature, reflects the problem of setting and practising of law enforcement agancies in the sphere of combating with encroachments on property on the bases of learing legislation acts, archives documents, periodical press, scientific literature.
