Korol V. Efferent therapy of patients with psoriasis in combination with hypertermia

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of treatment of complicated forms of psoriasis and widespread psoriasis with torpide running. In this work new methods of treatment of psoriasis are presented, such as a combined method of efferent therapy including simultaneous hemosorption and ultrafiltration (HS and UF), general hyperthermia (GHT) and general hyperthermia with hyperoxia (GHT with НО). In order to determine the effectiveness of offered methods of treatment 197 patients with psoriasis were examined and treated. Normalizing effect of developed methods on hemodynamics, immunological status, biochemical indices, the function of sweat glands and temperature parameters at the affected areas of skin was established. It was accompanied by positive clinical dynamics (shortening the period of treatment, prolonging remission, preventing relapses). The offered method of efferent therapy (HS and UF) and methods of hyperthermia (GHT and GHT with HO) are highly effective for the treatment of complicated forms of psoriasis and widespread psoriasis with torpide running.
