Essay

The dissertation described clinical features of epilepsy in children. The changes of brain structure and liquorice spaces were revealed in the patients too. The condition of cells and humoral immunity was investigated in all patients. Immunological change in the patients specified attraction to pathogenesis of epilepsy of all factors of immunity. On the basis of the comparisons of the clinical data with tomography and immunological changes forecast certain criteria of an adverse course of epilepsy in children were described. The methods of investigation such as neuroimaging research of a brain and study of an immune system condition are offered to use in a complex of examination in children with epilepsy.
