Essay

Complex clinical and computer tomographic EEG inspection of 146 patients in the acute period of cerebral hemispheric ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke is carried out. The structure is conditioned by variabilly submitted mutual relations of common cerebral and focal symptoms. It is proved, that the clinical structure of stroke is related to localisation and sizes of the center of lesion, expressiveness of a brain edema and formation of the mechanism of dislocation. The distribution of the patients info clinical and morphological groups is carried out on the basis of localisation, size of the center of lesion.
