SKOROMNIY A. Prophylaxis and treatment of progressing forms of acute pancreatitis with regards for impairments of organic hemodynamics (experimental and clinical investigation).

The dissertation is devoted to studying of the impairments of hemodynamics in the organs of the abdominal cavity in acute pancreatitis and the possibility of their prophylaxis and correction. It was determined by experimental investigations that in the process of the development of acute pancreatitis considerable impairments of hemodynamics and oxygen regime appear not only in the splen but also in the liver, small intestines, kidneys. Dalargin, riboxin and ozonized isotonic solution of sodium chloride improve the organic hemodynamics, reactivity of the vessels of microcirculatory bed and oxygen tension in the tissues. The impairment of volume circulatory rate in the vessels of the abdominal cavity was determined in patients with acute pancreatitis by the method of dopplerograhy. The suggested scheme of treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis gives the possibility to carry on early correction of hemodynamics of the impairments not only in the spleen, but in other organs preventing the developmentof polyorganic insufficiency.
