Essay

The diastolic function of left ventricle and parameters of energetic metabolism in patients with cerebroischemic form of arterial hypertension and essential hypertension was studied. The hemodynamic status and parameters of energetic metabolism in patients with сerebroischemic form of AH are detected depending on a degree of blood flow disturbance on extracranial arteries. High antihypertensive activity of nimodipine and enalapril both at monotherapy and in a combination was established.
