Nazarova L. An economic efficiency of manufacture and processing of a beef (on materials of the enterprises of Nicolaev area)

In the dissertation the theoretical and practical problems of increase of an economic efficiency of manufacture and processing of a beef in conditions of transformation of agriculture are investigated in the direction of the market. The results and expenses in cattle breeding are analysed, the basic tendencies, their change are determined, is revealed laws of formation of an economic efficiency of manufacture both processing, and factors, which influence his level, and also the quantitative importance of this influence is investigated. Developed the offers concerning increase of a production efficiency and processing of a beef in interrelation of the basic parts of meat production subcomplex AIC and formation of the market of meat in the Nikolaev area also are economically justified.
