Galibej I. Employment of laser therapy and laser puncture in complex treatment of thermic wounds

The thesis is dedicated to research of the insufficiently studied problems of pathogenesis and treatment of superficial and deep thermic wounds by the method of laser reflexotherapy. Results of the treatment of 138 patients were reported. Combined methods of laser puncture of biologically active points, most sensitive in the burned patients, and laser therapy of burned wounds were elaborated. Peculiarities of the capillary circulation in the patients undergoing phototherapy were studied. On the basis of the study of a number of parametres of the ovabain sensitive natrium transport through the erythrocyte membrane, the generalized disorder in the entire system of biological membranes was detected, it could possibly be characterized as "ion membranopathies".
