Object of the research: parliamentarism as a political instrument, formated by the democratic election system. Woal: theoretical and methodological elaboration for the analysis of the Ukrainian parliamentarism as a political institution. Resualts and novelty: Parliamentarism as a political institute is characterized by the: structure of the civil society, system of the election rules, deputy's mandatory ect.; Ukrainian parlismentarism firstly organize on the period of traunsformation of the permanent institute of the legistative power. Field of application: if could be applicated with the preparation of the basic and special courses, with the analysis of the political and parliamental reformated in Ukraine.
