Bermicheva O. State's social function in Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to research of the problems dealing with notion and features of social function of state, its subject matter - social matters of citizens, forms and methods of its implementation in Ukraine and development prospects. The position of social function of state in the system of state functions and evolution of its development and formation, position and substance at particular stages of Ukrainian state development are analyzed. When scrutinizing the question of social function implementation in Ukraine, the necessity of certain legislative acts and legislature systemization is grounded. Concrete proposals and conclusions in relation to the matters researched are made.
