3.The dissertation is devoted to influence of radiation as factor of endogenetic contamination on the quantity of the patients with psoriasis, its developemt and immunocorrection with dibazol, syrup of a licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.), and a hepatoradioprotecting diet. 208 patients with psoriasis were studied: 106 psoriatic patients living in the contaminated with radionuclides territory (CRT) and 106 psoriatic patients living in the uncontaminated with radionuclides territory (URT). In these patients there was recorded a syndrome of endogenetic contamination as a result of a significant variation of immunity, the increase of medium molecular peptides, indicators of an adsorbing ability of erythrocytes, metabolites of peroxidate oxidation of lipids; the decline in an antioxidant activity and the growth in the activity of organospecific enzymes. These changes should be considered as essentially important characteristic features in the development of psoriasis in the patients living in contaminated with radionuclides territories. The level of endogenetic contamination in the psoriatic patients depended on the rate of radionuclides contamination of the foodstuffs and on the period of their exposure to radionuclides while living in the CRT. It proved to be significantly higher in the psoriatic patients from the CRT compared with the psoriatic patients from the URT. To lessen the degree of the endogenetic contamination syndrome and to make more effective a combined treatment of psoriatic patients both from the CRT and from the URT, a new scheme with addition of dibazol, syrup of a licorice root and a hepatoradioprotecting diet in curing psoriasis was developed. After , a course of complex therapy the indices of the level of endogenetic contamination significantly decreased in all patients with psoriasis. To that, in the experiment group of psoriatic patients the decrease was much more significant than in the patients of the group of comparison. But in the experiment group as well as in the group of comparison the syndrome of endotoxicosis remained, though less intensive than in the control group of people, which may be an argument for continuanation of the outpatient treatment. After the application of the new scheme of treatment suggested in the dissertation in the experiment group of psoriatic patients a clinical recovery and the essential health improvement was observed in 77% of cases of the psoriatic patients from the CRT and in 78% of cases of the psoriatic patients from the URT. Owing to the application of the new scheme of treatment for psoriatic patients, especially for those from the contaminated with radionuclides territories, which included dibazol, syrup of a licorice root and a hepatoradioprotecting diet, effectiveness and good prospects of recovery of psoriatic patients significantly increased: the period of recovery of the psoriatic patients from the CRT was shortened for 3.8 days and of the psoriatic patients from the URT for 5.1 days; the period of remission lengthened by an average of 1.7and 1.6 times. The suggested scheme of treatment of psoriatic patients is characterized by cheapness, harmlessness, simplicity of application both in inpatients and in outpatient conditions, by effectiveness and lack of complications and contra-indications.
