Makarov V. Peculiarities of surgical treatment of patients with acute gastric ulcers and erosions complicated by bleeding taking into consideration patient's immunity

The investigation of treatment and analysis of diseases' histories of 154 patients with acute gastric ulcer and erosion complicated by bleeding was the basis of this scientific work. Investigation immunological changes in patients depending on the volume of blood loss were studied, method of conservative treatment of patients with acute gastric ulcer and erosion complicated by bleeding using bioglobin (7mg/kg within a week, once in 24 hours) was suggested; the study of ultrastructure changes in zone of acute gastric ulcer and erosion, which gave an opportunity to choose a surgical method, paying attention to changes in ultrastructure of gastric cell in zone of damage was carried out; the criteria of origin of acute gastric ulcer and erosion complicated by bleeding in postsurgical period in patients, who survived an operation, were studied, the prophylactic methods of bleeding origin in postsurgical period were suggested; surgical methods with using techniques were described.
