The immuna, neuroendocrinologica, psycho-emotional state and special features ofphysical and sexual development of girls-adolescent who were ill with genital endometriosis where studied on the ground of collation of clinical? pathomorphologica, instrumental facts. The scheme of genital endometriosis treatment was improved with consideration of age's special features, the effectivenes of conservative treatment by estrogen-gestagen (diane-35), gestagen (orgametril) preparation, non-hormonal therapy On the ground of our datas the orderof actions in diagnosti, prevention treatment of girls-adolescents with genital endometriosis was elaborated. We determined, hypophyso-ovarial and immunal disoders of girls-adolescents with genital endometriosis is primary and dependent by patologic influence of risk's factors in antenatal period of development.
