Embihine led to activation of lipid peroxidation in blood serum, liver, liver chromatine fraction and liver of pregnant females and foetuses thereof. Vitamin E and its truncated chain derivate reduce chromosomes mutations caused by embihine in bone marrow cells, destructions of spermatogenic epithelium and turned to be embryoprotective.
