Essay

The role of vagina microbiocenosis and local immunity disturbances in the development of post-operative purulent inflammatory complications in women of this group was proved. The methods of post-operative clinical course control in women with bacterial vaginosis are suggested. Practical recommendations for frequency decreasing of purulent inflammatory complications after the operation of cesarean section on the basis of system and local using of complex biological preparations, short course of antibiotic prophylaxis and operation technique "Stark" are worked out and applied.
