The influance of the prostate transurethral resection (TUR) upon the renal functional state, hemostasis system and hemodinamics in 964 patients has been examined. The prostate transurethral resection under the conditions of natrium (sodium) concentration programmed correction has been found to ifluence upon the hemodynamics indices, functional renal state and hemocoagulation system. Intraoperative infusion of sodium chloridum hypertonic solution has been proved to reduce the danger of TUR-syndrome. Examination of the renal functional state in the pre-operative period (by sodium clearance) allows to find patients with decreased reserve possibilities of the volume-regulating system and determine the risk group in case of possible TUR-syndrome development.
