The problem of principally new approaches to material and information flows. The methods of analyzis and alghorithm of reorganization of material flows control system, which allows to create much more effective industrial plant's logistic system, are offered. The structure of material and anformation flows control, which based on logistics, is offered into consideration for mashine-building plants increases of marginal profit and increases conditional and constant expenses and amortisation costs to estimate the economic innovation in multi-nomenclatured production is offered.
