The essence of professional self-realization of a teacher is analyzed, the concept of self-realization is defined and its organization (arrangement, construction) is theoretically substantiated. The condition of student's training for professional self-realization at Musical-Pedagogical Faculties of Pedagogical Institutes is determined. Organizational pedagogical system of formation of structural components of intending music teacher's professional self-realization is developed, scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested, its effectiveness is analyzed.
