Korzch N. The treatment distal diabetic polyneuropathy by methods of reflexotheraphy.

Thesis deals with the substantination of clinical use of the reflexotheraphy methods such as acupuncture in combination with laserpuncture by infrared laser X-ray for diabetic polyneuropathy treatment on the subclinical stage.It was shown that use of acupuncture and laserpuncture has influence on the defined ranks of pathogenesis of diabetic polyneuropathy and is pathogenetic method of treatment. It was defined that offered complex treatment make it possible to reach stable therapeutic effect.It was defined that indicies of the used methods of investigation of the state of periphery nervous system (electroneuromyography, immunological indicies, electroacupunctural methods of diagnostics Nakatani and Voll, psychodiagnostic tests) are informative and true citeria of diabetic polyneuropathy diagnostics in condition of absence of clinical symptoms and neurological complains.
