Object of the investigation - woman with chronic inflammation genital diseases with presence of pain syndrome. With the purpose of study of immune and biochemical parameters dynamics at diseased women and the estimations of efficiency Antral in their complex treatment were carried out clinical, ultrasonic, laboratory, biochemical and immune researches. It was established, that use of Antral in quality antiinflammation and analgetic preparation results in decrease of level of autoimmune and immunecomplex reactions, reduction of metabolic intoxication, processes of lipid peroxidation, restoration of antyoxydant protective system. It has allowed in 1,4 times to increase efficiency of treatment. The received data are introduced into practice of gynecological department and female advices of Lugansk and Lugansk region, Kharkov.
