Object of the study is forms and methods of management system of production enterprises within the transition to market relations. Objective of the study is improvement of forms and methods in production enterprises to provide their stable operation during transformation period. Methods of research are economic-mathematic and those of comparative, technologic and economic, logical, functional and factorial analysis. Theoretical and practical results: substantiation of methodic approaches to forms elaboration for production enterprises management allowing to arrange profitable activity of economy subjects based on breaking out into smaller units as well as to provide increase of competitivity of cable products. Novelty includes the expediency and efficiency determination of breaking out operating subjects into smaller units to put individual cables production into autonomous enterpeises. Degree of the introduction methodic approaches to forms and structures for production enterprises management were utilized at "Azovcable" in Berdyansk.
