Kucherenko T. Regional factor in political process of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of political and territorial organization in Ukraine, relations between center and regions according to economic, social and cultural specifics, central and regional interests and power institutions. Scientific explanation of territorial differentiation of political space is elaborated. It is based on investigation of modern western theories and empirical methods. It is established to search the level of differentiation in regional policy and to use regional tendencies efficiently in the process of statebuilding. It is proposed to reform center-region relations according to three means: reanimation of regional self-government institution, creation economic regional autonomy by means of improvement of budget politics, implementation of regional representation institute. The results of the dissertation, which contented in scientific work, are nominated by II diploma of competition political science and recommend to use state power.
