Grytskevych S. Human and civil constitutional ecological rights and their ensuring by Internal affairs bodies.

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the internal affairs bodies place and role in the sphere of ensuring the human and civil constitutional ecological rights, elucidation the differences between constitutional ecological law and other constitutional rights and freedoms, proving reasonability of existence of constitutional ecological rights as a separate group of constitutional rights. In this work the author analyses and determines the notion of human and civil constitutional ecological rights, criteria of their differences from the other kinds of constitutional rights; accordance of this group to international legal norms. The author carries out the complex investigation of native and foreign law base, scientific materials, experience of state bodies activity in the sphere of realization ensuring of human and civil constitutional ecological rights. The author of dissertation accomplishes search and development of some concrete proposals concerning improvement of the said activity.
