Kravtsov A. The determination of coalmining enterprises production volume in strategic and tactic planning on the basis of iterative method

In dissertation work the problem of optimisation of coalmining enterprises production volume under the conditions of the market relations has been investigated. The methods of production planning in the industry and principles of formation of the managing subjects strategy in the market are analysed. The specific purposes and tasks of strategic production planning at the obtaining branches enterprises are determined. On the basis of the analysis of dependence of total costs on the production volume 30 Donbass coalmining enterprises, the method coalproduction volume planning on the basis of iterative method has been developed. The iterative method means a permanent optimisation of the production plans, which allows reveal effectively the coalmining enterpriseўs capacities. The duration of the production plans updating is determined. The approach to the risk estimation and optimum reliability of the scheduled tasks is offered.
