Тhe thesis deals with the issues of substantiating the forecast of investment attractiveness of the economy's agrarian sector. The essence, place and role of investments in restoration of the material and technical base of agribusiness have been considered. Sources of investment formation, dynamics and main factors of disinvestments in the agrarian sector were studied. The investment climate in the agrarian sector of the Kherson region and principal ways of its improvement were analyzed. On the basis of the model worked out a relationship between the investment volume and main macroeconomic indices was established.
