Essay

It was established, that observes 4 types of haemostasiograms in patients with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS): I - "normal", II - "hypercoagulability syndrome", III - "I stage of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) syndrome" and IV - "II stage of DIC". It was proved that DIC is present in 3/4 of patients and takes one of the leading places in the genesis of DFS, correlating with the severity of microangiopathy, neuropathy of lower limbs and intoxication syndrome. On 190 white rats was demonstrated the effectiveness in the DIC in experiment of systemic enzymotherapy. It was established, that the complex surgical treatment of DFS with inclusion of wobenzym or phlogenzym allows significant improve of results of treatment ofpatients, by means of stopping of DIC.
