. It was elaborated and used for the first time at the health resort a method of psychoemotional rehabilitation (patent N 25099 A) with use of bioadaptive regulation at the period of rehabilitation of 85 patients with stable stenocardiaof stress I-III FC in comparison with control group (91 patients), in which was passed a generally accepted sanatorium-resort treatment. A high effectiveness of method in reduction of psychoemotional strenth, neurotismy, phobia, development of stress-reactions, reduction of activity of sympatho-adrenal system, optimization of regulation, increase of variability of heart rythm, functional reserves of cardiovascular system, physical efficiency.
