Complex studying a functional condition of vascular endothelium at patients symptomatic pulmogenic hypertension in comparison to patients chronic obstructive bronchitis is carried out and at combination of the last to hypertension, to an estimation of global infringements of conditions of functioning vascular endothelium by studying activity of von Willebrand factor, studying of a degree of infringements an endothelium-dependent vasodilatation by definition of diameter change of arterias after Acetylcholinum infusion and with the help of determination concentration of endothelin-1 in a blood plasma. The major factors determining formation endothelial dysfunction at the specified categories of persons were investigated, the way of correction of infringements of the functional status of a vascular endothelium at symptomatic pulmogenic hypertension with application of the angiotensin receptors antagonist irbesartan and its clinical approbation is carried out.
