Essay

The influence of the active substances of Staphylococcus aureus on the smooth muscles contractions, caused by the application of hyper-potassium Krebs solution, by acetylcholine and caffeine was investigated by tensometrc method in the isometric сonditions. Their mechano-kinetic parameters were calculated. It is shown that the protein A, peptidoglykan and toxin of Staphylococcus aureus are capable to change the conductivity of the smooth muscle cell plasmatic membrane to calcium ions and the functioning of intracellular calcium depot. Protein A and peptidoglykan are also capable to change the ATP-ase activity of the muscles contractile proteins.
