The thesis dwells on grounding of the theoretic methodological foundations of determination of the aesthetic value of landscapes as a constituent of the humanistic resource potential of the territory. Analyzing of different approaches to evaluation of aesthetic qualities of landscapes; and on suggesting of the methodology of aesthetic evaluation of the territory. The map-scheme of the spatial landscape diversity. An arranged analysis between the degree of the landscape diversity and the aesthetic value of the territory has been held.
