Issued new data regarding immunoprophylaxis of poliomyelitis in Ukraine. Fixed main epidemiological characteristics of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis and proved that not all cases are registered. Shown low reactogenicity inactivated polio vaccine and it high immunogenicity both for vaccination complex and in combination scheme of vaccination.
