The dissertation is dicated to the studying of free radical and energy oxydation in liver and blood plasma of different age rats in combine action of hydrazine hydrochloride and cadmium chloride and correction of disturbances by metall-complexes and unithiole. Combine effect of hydrazine and cadmium chloride was found to result in violations of tissue respiration processes and oxidative phosphorilation as well as activation of free radical oxidation both lipids and proteins. The using of unithiole, histidine and copper or zinc histidinate results in the normalization of pathological changes found in different age intoxicated animals.
