Kazanzhy I. Future Primary school teachers training for after-hour educational work

. The object of research is the professional and educational preparation of the teacher of primary school. The purpose of research consists of a theoretical substantiation and development of a technique of effective formation of readiness of students to after-hour educational work with junior schoolchildren, revealing and approbation of conditions of its realization. Scientific novelty and the theoretical importance of research: the essence and structure of a phenomenon as "professional and educational competence of the teacher of primary school" is determined and scientifically proved; the principles and the theoretical positions of construction of tool competence of students on the organization after-hour educational work with junior schoolchildren are scientifically proved; pedagogical conditions of effective formation of readiness of students to after-hour educational work with pupils of primary classes are determined and experimentally approved. Methods of research: theoretical: studying and the analysis of the philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical literature, the critical analysis and generalization of the given literature; empirical: the usage of the questionnaires and testing of teachers, students concerning to their readiness to after-hour educational work; observational: pedagogical experiment (searching, ascertaining and forming) and a method of mathematical statistics.
