The object: the professional education of the future teachers of foreign languages; the aim to reveal the conditions of the effectiveness of training of the future teachers for the reflexive management in the process of teaching foreign languages; to develope and scientifically substantiate the model of its didactic ensuring; the methods of scientific reproach (emperical,statistical and theoretical); scientific novelty: the conceptual principles of the research are based on the new scientific trend in pedagogics - the conception of pedagogical management. From its standpoint the formation of the type of foreign languages teachers - managers of teaching - cognitive process - is comprehensively studied and theoretically substantiated. Applying the method of systematic approach the author revealed the essence of pedagogical activities of foreign languages teachers. These activities were presented in the form, of a structural functional model as the process of reflexive management, consisting of five functional levels which were analyzed from the quantitative and quaitative sides, the method of their diagnostics being approbated; higher schools of pedagogical education, schools.
