Pastushenko O. Women characters' artistic paradigm in Ulas Samchuk's prose at the Ukrainian literature context

Ph.D thesis is devoted to the research of women characters in Ulas Samchuk' works. The author traces a tradition of describing women's characters in Ukrainian literature, which begins from the world cultural origins and which is described in myths, legends, and religious ideas on the mental level. Typology of women characters by ulas Samchuk was made for the first time; and according to this typology the author had analyzed women characters in Samchuk's works, had traced those traditions that became origins while creating new women types; also the author had analyzed main artistic methods that had been used by the writer for description of general characters.
