A certain pathogenetic importance of these enteroviruses is indicated by the presence of specific antibodies in diagnostic titres and above against Coxsackie B in each of the psoriatic patients examined. Another argument in favor of certain pathogenetic connections between Coxsackie B viruses and psoriasis consists in growing up specific antibody titer 2 to 4 times in 44% of seropositive persons as well as the fact that 88% of seropositive patients possess antibodies against associations of 2,3 or 4 serotypes of these viruses.
