The dissertation is devoted to the problems of studying immune status and the gastrointestinal tract state in pa-tients with different clinical forms and stages of alopecia areata (AA). Based on the results obtained, a combined method for AA therapy was developed with an account for individual features of clinical running, immunological dis-orders present, and the presence of accompanying chronic infection, H. pylori in particular.
