Essay

Investigations have allowed to install the mechanisms of the wounds healing in puerpera with diabetes mellitus (DM). It was shown that results of restores depends on the kind of stress-reaction to the operation. It was developed the evidence to the using of AMF in women recently confined with DM depending on theirs starting organism condition. Results showed that our method of using AMF on wounds optimized the restorative processes in postoperative wounds in puerperal with organism hyperreactivity. The results of the study allowed to work out and inculcation to the public health a new method of prophylaxis and treatment of wounds in puerpera with DM, which ensure the reduce of the postoperative complication on 29 %.
